We ship all orders internationally via DHL Express from Indonesia.

Shipping Timeline

• Order Processing: 1–2 working days

• Delivery: 3–5 working days (depending on destination)

Shipping Cost

• Free shipping for orders above USD 197 (before shipping).

• Other orders are charged at competitive rates. We partially subsidize shipping and do not profit from it.

Customs & Import Duties

• Customs policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs office.

• You are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage, and storage fees in your country.

• Declaring a parcel as a gift does not guarantee exemption from duties.

• Rejected shipments due to unpaid duties are not eligible for refund.
