Terms & Policies

• All rudraksha beads are natural, original, and sourced directly from our plantation.
• we do not use synthetic or artificial beads.
• Due to the natural formation of rudraksha, each bead may vary slightly in shape, size, or mukhi (line) visibility.
• Product images are for reference only. We hand-select the best available bead for each order.

• We do not provide X-ray certificates, as no certified rudraksha lab exists in Indonesia.
• Customers may independently verify mukhi count via X-ray.
• We guarantee 100%refund if a bead is proven fake by valid X-ray, but not for mukhi miscount in genuine beads.
  
  (e.g. if a 7 mukhi is found to be 8 mukhi but still genuine, refund does not apply.)

• All silver pendants are crafted using 925 Sterling Silver and plated items are done using in-house casting and plating.
• If proven otherwise, we guarantee a full refund.

• Prices are in USD and may change without prior notice.
• We accept PayPal and Credit Card payments on-site.
• For Western Union or Bank Transfer, please email support@rudraksha-indonesia.com for manual processing.
• No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
• Orders are processed after payment confirmation. A payment invoice will be sent to your email.

• We ship worldwide using DHL Express only.
• Orders are processed in 1–2 working days, and DHL delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders over USD 197 qualify for free shipping.

• Customers are responsible for checking local customs laws before ordering.
• Any duties, taxes, storage, or clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.
• Declaring packages as "gifts" does not exempt from customs duties.
• If your parcel is rejected at customs or returned, or cover costs.

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

• Beads are received damaged (must be reported within 3 days with proof).
• Beads are proven fake through X-ray (mukhi miscount on genuine beads is excluded).
• Silver items are proven not 925 Sterling Silver by professional testing.

We do not accept returns due to:

• Unpaid customs duties
• Change of mind
• Slight visual differences in natural beads

• Your information is used only for order processing and communication.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
