We stand by the authenticity and quality of our products. However, due to the spiritual nature of rudraksha and the complexity of customs, our refund policy is limited to the following conditions:

Refunds Are Only Granted If:

1. The rudraksha bead is damaged upon delivery.

• Must be reported within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
• Photo/video proof required.

2. The rudraksha is proven to be fake via independent X-ray testing by the customer.

• In such rare cases, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

We do not offer refunds for parcels rejected at customs.

Yes. All our rudraksha beads are grown in our own plantation in Java and carefully hand-selected by our team.

We do not sell fake beads.

We do not provide X-ray certificates, as no official rudraksha testing agency exists in Indonesia.

However, we fully support independent testing and will issue a refund if you can prove the bead is fake through valid X-ray results.

All pendants made using silver are guaranteed to be 925 Sterling Silver.

• If a customer verifies through a proper testing method that the silver used is fake, we will issue a 100% refund.

• All silverwork is done in-house using our own casting and plating machines. We do not outsource or use cheap metals like copper, tin, or iron disguised as silver.
