• The rudraksha bead is damaged upon delivery. Must be reported within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

• The rudraksha is proven to be fake via independent X-ray testing by the customer with video proof that Rudraksha was unboxed from Rudraksha Indonesia.

• We do not offer refunds for parcels rejected at customs since custom policies vary from time to time for different countries.
