We accept PayPal and Credit Card at checkout. If you prefer Western Union or Bank Transfer, just email us your order details and we’ll guide you.

Q: Do you offer wholesale on Rudraksha?

No, we do not offer wholesale. All Rudraksha beads are sold individually through our website, and we focus on maintaining quality and authenticity in every piece.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, then shipped via DHL which usually takes 3–5 working days internationally.

Q: Do I have to pay customs duty?

Possibly. Customs charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping fee. Customers are responsible for checking their local customs regulations and paying any duties, taxes, or storage fees at destination.

Q: Are your rudraksha beads original?

Yes. All our rudraksha beads are grown in our own plantation in Java and carefully hand-selected by our team. We do not sell fake beads.

Q: Do you provide certificates or X-ray reports?

We do not provide X-ray certificates, as no official rudraksha testing agency exists in Indonesia. However, we fully support independent testing and will issue a refund if you can prove the bead is fake through valid X-ray results.

Q: Are your Rudraksha beads sourced from Nepal or Indonesia?

All our Rudraksha beads are exclusively sourced from our own plantation in Java, Indonesia. We do not sell Rudraksha from Nepal, India, or any other region. Our commitment is to the cultivation and promotion of authentic Indonesian Rudraksha, ensuring full traceability and quality control.
